Dr. Flores grew up in South Florida, and has returned to form the Hand and Upper Extremity Center of Excellence at Orthopedic Specialists with Dr. Richards. Certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery, Dr. Flores received his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering from Tulane University, and his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine.

Following his residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital, he went on to complete a combined fellowship in hand, elbow, and shoulder surgery at Cleveland Clinic Foundation and Case Western Reserve University, in Cleveland. Dr. Flores and his wife Sandra are the proud parents of a beautiful daughter Vanessa.
