When I tell you there is none better than Dr. Segal, believe me. This man is amazing and I can't speak any higher about his ability to take care of his patients. Dr. Segal saved my quality of life and I owe him much praise. He is the best and so is Sarah his PA. She is amazing as well. I will recommend them always...every.single.time.

We had the pleasure of. meeting Dr Segal and his staff when my husband went in for his herniated disc. Right away we felt comfortable with this practice and knew we had found the right place. Dr. Segal spent time with my husband and listened to his concerns. He is full of compassion and understanding and treats his patients with respect and his heart . This place is great from check in to check out and everyone in between! Highly recommended Dr. Segal, his staff and this practice!

Dr. Segal is an amazing, compassionate surgeon. He operated on my husband and the results were excellent. We are not young people and we’ve seen a lot of doctors. In my life, I have never seen a doctor spend the time that Dr Segal spends with his patients. He never appears to be rushed, but patiently answers all your questions and before surgery, he explained the procedure and the expected outcome. He is a brilliant, exceptional doctor and we feel so blessed to have found him.

All those working in his office were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Dr Segal is an amazing surgeon but also comes across with great compassion. I had been suffering with lower back pain for years but too afraid to have back surgery. When my quality of life had finally sunk to an unacceptable level we were fortunate enough to hear of Dr. Segal. Our first meeting with him made it abundantly clear that I needed surgery. Dr Segal went over my MRI with both my husband and myself, explaining all my issues and how he would resolve them through surgery. He did so with such clarity that we scheduled an appointment for my surgery at that appointment. I had my surgery 6 weeks ago and I know it was the best decision I could have made. My recovery has been without issue, and not as bad as I had feared. I had a lot of scar tissue, cyst, and arthritis that had to be cleaned out and then a fusion from my L3-S1. I am already walking 3 miles a day and without pain in my lower back or shooting pain going down my legs. It’s the best I have felt in years. And it’s so nice to see that my back is straight again! Being without the constant pain is still a feeling I am gladly getting use to. I think Dr Segal is the best back surgeon in the area and have recommended him to other friends and family members. If you need a back surgeon and are fortunate enough to have Dr Segal as your surgeon, you will be among the lucky ones who have also made that choice. Everyone I came into contact with at the hospital and labs seem to respect him and spoke very highly of him.

Had a micro discectomy this morning and I can’t say enough things about Dr.Segal and his team. From day one of meeting him and his PA Sarah to my surgery they were nothing but AMAZING!!! The nurses, physicians and surgical center were just as amazing. I felt safe and in good hands, for only being 25 years old I was very nervous and they made everything go so smooth. Here’s to healing and being pain free!

Dr. Segal is a phenomenal surgeon as well as person. He is compassionate, thorough up front about everything. We found him after doing extensive research and determining that my wife could not be transported north for surgery and we are so happy that we found him. He stayed in contact with us after her surgery was canceled due to the hurricane. The surgery was difficult but successful and he even came to the hospital on his day off to check on her progress. He cares very much about his patients and is an incredible surgeon.
